Do you mean a balloon description when mousing over the icon in the 'taskbar notification area'? If so, the class should implement that. I've been using an FLL called bbsystray.fll since VFP7 or so, and it supports the icon, the balloon text, and the right click menu option(with double click to do the 'default' menu action). I believe we paid(minimally) for it.
