Are you developing or have already developed the VFP app? One of my associates programs such scanners and has been doing this for many years. Are the items mentioned bar coded or do they have RFID or do they have to key in a product code?
There are many choices and prices vary into the thousands of dollars per unit. Some degree of investigation needs to be done before choosing the right scanner. Can you give us further information. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, March 07, 2007 2:58 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [NF] wireless scanners > > Hi all > > I need to get a sofisticated scanner for one of my clients that should > have the following characteristics: > > a) Wireless > b) operate online with a VFP program in the company's Windows 2003 server > c) programmable > > What do I mean by programmable? > > Mode 1 > > Scan item, shelf and carton and be able to modify quantities in a > warehouse.
