Here is my Inno script for VFP8, I stick the runtime files into the 
folder that I run the exe on.
You do need to register the help file ( not shown here, the win2000 
script has gone walkabout )
as I recall
gdiplus.dll must come first
you need msvcr70.dll THEN msvcr71.dll
