Divorce isn't necessarily a lose-lose proposition. It is a lose-win-lose-win
proposition. Both litigants lose and both lawyers win.

I think divorce is usually a lose-lose situation. There are no
winners. Only hurt feelings (usually if I see this right) and legal
bills that neither side would like to pay. I told my wife that I'd much
rather pay for marriage counseling than pay for a lawyer.
