9100 is the Hewlett-Packard JetDirect port. You should be able to
port-forward that through your firewalls/routers. There are several
other printing technologies out there, and each requires their own
configuration.

Many print servers offer a web interface on port 80 if you know the IP
address of the machine, and that can give you some clues what you need
to set up.
