I see this as a solution where I have a client I need to help online.
I'm talking Maw/Paw systems here. An easy to install 'exe' which has 
transparent authority ie they give permission. I would anticipate being 
on the phone while they are installing.

Corporate systems are another ballgame.

Like Dave, I much prefer LogMeIn but that is more like a sledgehammer to 
crack a nut in this scenario.

re 'munge into a pay service eventually' so what. just enjoy it while 
you can.
