In all my years I've never seen this one before... Running VFP6 on a Win98 box for quite about a year or more w/o any problems...
Was in it this morning importing an XLS into a table, VFP crashed... I rebooted the machine and now VFP won't start. I see the splash screen and the task is shown as minimized on the taskbar, but clicking it does nothing. Can't switch to it either... Task Manager shows it as running... Clicking the EXE directly rather than the shortcut I had been using - same thing. Deleted the FoxUser table and FPT - same thing. Rebooted again - same thing... Ran scandisk, rebooted, same thing... I'm stumped... anyone seen this before and/or have any suggestions? I'd rather avoid trying to reinstall... Matthew S.
