I didn't realize that another requirement was for one's ISP to have a clue.

My ISP is running Python 1.5. Which was released 7 years, 11 months ago. 
  Yes, the version they've got running was released when there wasn't a 
2 in the year.

Well, there couldn't have been THAT much that's changed, could there?
