Thank you Ted. So far 'Dive into...' has been fast and fun reading, so
far I'm only at 4.3(type, str, dir), but as soon as it gets thorny I'll
get into Lutz's book (or as soon as I finish it).
Got so enthused that I installed it at work, and also installed GxPython
and downloaded Ed's Dabo (but wasn't able to install it, must read again
the instructions, I'm certain I'm making some really foolish mistake but
haven't been able to figure it).
Anyway, thanks a lot and be sure I'll check the links you passed me.
