If it's good customer support that you want, HostMySite.com has 24x7 phone support. 90% of the time, I'm speaking with a human by the third ring and 90% of that time, the person that answered the phone can solve my technical problem.
Lunarpages is good support, but not so much late in the night and on weekends.
