If it's good customer support that you want, HostMySite.com has 24x7
phone support.  90% of the time, I'm speaking with a human by the third
ring and 90% of that time, the person that answered the phone can solve
my technical problem.

Lunarpages is good support, but not so much late in the night and on
weekends.

HostMySite doesn't quite have the storage space however, and they are
about $1 more per month.
