Hey James, I've got the DCS-900Ws and they are ok, but need to be reset from time to time. I've also purchased some software that will record based on motion, take periodic snapshots, or just stream the video to your computer. The cams come with a dumbed down version of software, and you can always just get to the cams via http. Once I get converted over to DSL, next week, I'll be able to get to the cams from outside. I've been on satellite for the past 5 years, so I couldn't afford the bandwidth usage. The software that I'm using is called ActiveCam from pysoft.
