You can buy one USED in any EU country that has Left Hand Drive.
I suggest The netherlands, Benelux or Belgium region, or even Italy.
Last Time I checked, could get a decent used one for less than 5000 EU
with low mileage. Shipping to my local port was another 800 euros.
They are FUN to drive, at least in Europe. I did drive one in Italy
through the mountains and it never tipped over on a mountain curve.
