I wonder if that's what causes my Windows updates to fail if I have
cygwin sshd or crond running... I usually find the update has hung,
check process explorer and find the cygwin services at 20-30% cpu
utilization-- I kill them, and the update continues... I never thought
it was due to WGA, but maybe...
