VFP handles mySQL BIT fields just fine, it appears, in remote views and
cursor adapters. I've never used tinyint() for VFP logical fields.

And of course when looking at the mySQL table definitions, it is obvious
that a BIT(1) is a logical, whereas a tinyint() could be anything.
