This was often a half-day "Pre-Con" session at past DevCons. I did it for GLGDW in 2002 [1]. You're welcome to reuse my notes. However, it would be a lot to put on for *one* _potential_ attendee. Ideally, this would be a 3- to 5-day course, as Application Developers used to do. I think Duffy still sells his training materials, too.
