Nope, we won't be offering it; can't possibly make any money on 
reselling another publisher's book.

I've long thought that if I needed a heavy duty back-end database, I'd 
try out PG, MySQL has always had a 'flat file' feel to it, even after 
they hung RI and triggers and SPs and whatnot on it. <s> That's purely 
my opinion; no technical merit whatsoever so don't quote me <g>.
