Yes, I know how to do that basic stuff. I was looking for websites
that feature various techniques, so that I might get "inspired" for
this project. Like this one:

I doubt I'll use this technique, but until I saw this page (which I
found from another site with a "Top Ten" cool things section), I
never would have imagined it. Since I don't spend my days designing
web pages, I was hoping for some resources for browsing and reviewing
what's out there.
