Mike, Funnily enough I had my first Webex seminar yesterday with a company called Virtuozzo who are into Server Virtualisation technology - but that is another subject.
I was very surprised at how good it was. We had 20 people in the conference and also a telephone link. During the presentation you could ask questions via the chatroom equivalent via the whole group or chat with others privately. The presentation was smooth and unjuddery (is there such a word?) and I was well impressed as the screen refresh was about the same as Logmein which I use regularly without issues.
