Thanks for the heads up, Mike. I was thinking about responding to your post the other day wondering how I could still be so enthusiastic about FoxPro, but didn't because I felt like I'd be repeating stuff already said, which I already do enough of :)
The part that I really like about this petition is that it shows a level of worldwide interest that some folks may not have been aware of. But with only 2,300+ names so far (see http://www.masfoxpro.com/Especial:Firmas/action%3Dlist ) it's not possible to claim that worldwide interest is The Compelling Case. However, if word of this petition continues to spread, and that list continues to grow ... it has the potential to be one of those phenomenon things that only the Internet can put on the table. Viva FoxPro, and Viva the Internet! Bill > Carl had posted this on VFUG. It's worth the 30 seconds it > takes you to > enter your name!!!!!! You know the outcome if you do > nothing...M$ won't > change...and many could say that no matter what, they > won't...but what > have you got to lose except 30 seconds!?!? Perhaps as futile > as the VB6 > petition, but nonetheless, add your name and be seen/heard!!!! > http://www.masfoxpro.com/Especial:Firmas/action%3Dsign -- Michael J.
