Its actually working great.

My first year I did 5,860 but I expected that.
This year I earned 53,000 by feb, BUT 33,000 fell apart.
I've actually received 2,000 so far this year which is how I turned the
phones back on.

I'm expecting a check for 18,000 this week, BUT I was supposed to have
received it last week and its hung up because of an easement problem.

The bad thing is child support, the irs and car payment and rent all want
their money yesterday.
You'd be surprised how cheap you can live if you don't have all that
stuff...!!!

I really like the real estate business and investments in general, but it
seems the only way I can get some breathing room is to have a steady check
so that they can take what they want until I get everything paid.

Like I said, I went down HARD, but hey I'm still alive and kicking and as
ornery as ever and I'll make it if I can just stay one step ahead of the
parasites until I make enough money to pay them off <Grin>

That doesn't sound bad for Ohio. Parts of the midwest are very
affordable, iirc.

So the real estate gig isn't working out enough?
