John:
There were at least 2 goals that I thought were pretty soft...but I'm not an
expert...
Sure here is my list of items I advise my guests about that I either sent as an
email or have in the ticket envelope at
the will call window:

Ok now for the standard song and dance section...I need to say these things
because the tickets are traced to me through
the account number on the ticket. Employees whose guests have violated the
rules have had their season ticket package
revoked. Not pleasant to say the least.
1. The tickets are for your use only and should never be transferred to anyone
else who is not familiar with the
following rules. Also they are not for sale. You are my guest the selling of
these tickets is strictly prohibited. The
tickets are not for barter with the bartender at the local bar for drinks or an
oil change at the local garage is also
prohibited!
2. The tickets are for section 203 row 3 seats 1 and 2 ONLY; the holder of
these tickets should never move to any other
section in the arena regardless of the attendance situation. Ushers love to
catch this and since the tickets are traced
to me it could have serious implications towards me.
3. If there is an *incident* in the stands - e.g. some spills a beer on you;
you should get the usher for the section to
straighten the situation out. Do not take it upon yourself to pound the heck
out the person(s) behind you.
4. Do enter through Gate 'A'; it is the shortest walk through the arena to the
seats
5. The wearing of the opponent's hat, jersey (sweater), etc. is not permitted;
Dr. John McMullen (the previous team
owner) threw a business colleague out of his suite for wearing the opponent's
sweater when he refused to remove it. This
is serious business for us at the NJ Devils Hockey Club; please respect the
team.
6. If I get my season ticket package revoked because of your actions I will ask
you to send me $54 X 2 seats X the
number of home games left plus whatever happens in the playoffs; please don't
make me collect!
7. If you ask me for a pair of tickets and I give them to you I expect you to
use them. Just because they were free
doesn't mean you need not use them. Obviously I understand family emergencies,
etc. I have many people ask for the seats
and to have you not use them and have the seats empty for the game would be a
shame.
I am sure none of this will happen but I need to tell you as a CYA situation
for me. Enough said.

Since my seats at not with the rest of the employees I don't really mind # 5.
But this is a company rule for guest
tickets (believe it or not)! Other employees get crazed when they see an
opponent's sweater in front of them...
Now that I have bored everyone else...
Regards,

Jack
