SET STEP ON has no impact on run-time EXEs since it is being ignored since 
VFP7. SET SUSPEND still
throws the "Feature not available" error. That said, SET ASSERT has the 
distinct advantage of
offering the developer the option to jump into the debugger so you are making a 
very good point.
