This is ALMOST funny. Vista has been out for how many months now? I bought new a Palm Treo 750 last week, and it uses ActiveSync. Lucky for me I knew long ago not to 'upgrade' to Vista.
A lady at work told me about her son's iPod problems, and how they couldn't get it to work with their new computer. Yup, it's running Vista too. I never thought I'd be saying this... nut long live XP!!! Ls -----Original Message----- From: Tracy Pearson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] For those working with PocketPCs here is something to think about in regards to upgrading to Vista. ActiveSync is not compatible, Microsoft has a new program for sync'ing the devices "Windows Mobile Device Center" http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx If you are developing, and work with the emulator, you'll need to upgrade the manager. Microsoft Device Emulator 2.0 to allow sync, it also has some performance enhancements. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=DD567053-F231-4A64- A648-FEA5E7061303&displaylang=en Tracy _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ This e-mail and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
