I use an additive called "LUCAS". It's an upper cylinder lubricant, injector cleaner, and fuel conditioner. It is suppose to neutralize poor quality fuel, but I aways fill up at the Tye truck stop, which really stays busy, so fuel quality should never be an issue with me.
