Well, one thing I was in the habit of doing was having a little text file in the folder where each project resided, called "leftoff.txt" When quitting for the day, week, whatever, I'd jot some notes in there about the form or report I was working on, what problem I was trying to solve along with the obstacles I ran into... keep it short so it isn't a burden to write and you are more likely to stay with the habit... But getting into the mood to start up again, that's a different problem.. <g> Matthew S.
