Wow, do I have to spell it out? Maybe you should go back to school. OK. Argument was: There must be something wrong with the picture if Castro's dictatorship is intolerable, yet you list all these glorious achievements his dictatorship allegedly achieved. I suspect that "something wrong" is your inability to grasp the illogic of your argument, combined with the unreality of this great list of achievements. (How and earth can you trust the statistics of a brutal dictatorship that murders dissenters and impoverishes its people and in general controls all information flow coming out of it?) Anyway. I threw Leland into the mix because he and I have a long history of jovial ad hominem banter, and now that I'm "back" I feel obligated to catch up a bit. Leland at least is earnest and good-spirited, and enjoys dishing it out too.
