I've used it for over a year.
As you say its pretty big upload to get started.
I also find that that it sometimes reports say 35Meg to be uploaded when 
I know I'm nowhere near that amount of fresh data.
If you have limited web data limits I would be wary of it.
I only had to use the recovery in earnest once so far, unfortunately the 
whole site was down for around 3 days. I thought it had gone bust, had 
to restore through my prime backups.
Basically it works away in the background OK, it seems to take an hour 
plus to backup a changed file.
I use it as a secondary backup system.
Do remember that if you have to get ALL your files back it will take a 
loooong time, days even.
If you delete a file it will also delete it from the backup after a 
number of days.

As you say its automatic & off-site.
