For the record, I am glad you brought this matter forth, as I am ripping
even deeper into using PostgreSQL with VFP, but have not yet begun to work
with GetFldState().  I recall this little behavior characteristic from my
SQL-Server/Oracle-VFP 5.0 days (1998- 1999), but would not have remembered
the buffering state needed to be at '4' so easily had you not posted this
issue.  Thank you for the pre-emptive save!
