I'm as worried about the morons who say that man has no effect on climate as I am about the ones who think man is responsible for all climate change. The fact that much of it is a natural process doesn't mean that our contribution is negligible. Leland's right: > If global warming is a problem within our control, then we should > take steps to prevent it. If global warming is a problem beyond > our control, then it really doesn't matter. If we move to more environmentally friendly energy, and it turns out not to matter climatologically, what (besides the oil industry) does it hurt? -Jerry Wolper [EMAIL PROTECTED] [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/%(messageid)s ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
