Hi Ricardo!

The President has to be a natural born citizen at least 35 years old. Within 
these constraints the people may choose any candidate they wish, literacy is 
not one of the criteria. That said, the choice is usually between those 
offered by the two major parties.  ;-)   (The small c was confusing)

George W. Bush is literate. Those who HATE him and call him names may say 
otherwise, but it is just beer guzzling chatter. If it were otherwise, Kerry 
would have found a way to mention it.
