I didn't have any problems removing the added container, but to manage the focus was a pain. Also making it invisible was faster than creating it every time. I would add with newobject(), use a container prop to hold the reference, than removeobject(), make the prop .null., and use vartype() to check for the existence.(VFP7.1)
