I believe I came up with a workaround for not being able to boot to the CD. (BTW - yes I properly did the image to CD and not just a straight copy. Also have boot order setup correctly in BIOS - but thanks for the 2x check). I'm not done w/ the setup just yet but it turns out if you can boot the machine w/ CD ROM support (thank goodness I had that Win98 boot disk laying around), then you can go to the \i386 folder and run the "winnt" command. At least at this point it is doing *something* - if it works out I'll let ya know... Matthew S.
