Don't be so quick to judge, David. This "scam" saved me a lot of pain and suffering. I didn't think anything of the insect bite but it turned out to be a potentially very serious matter that could have resulted in major infection. I am always ready to take off my clothes for anyone who asks. Considering the way I look, I cannot be responsible for the ill-advised actions of others.
