Thanks for the suggestion, Ted.  Actually, apart from AirSet, I am looking at 
Google, HipCal, Yahoo, Planzo, Kiko, CalendarHub and AOL.  Some do not seem to 
have an option to show/import (UK) public holidays (e.g. Planzo, Kiko).  Google 
and HipCal do not seem to have a repeat option for fortnightly/every 14 
days/every two weeks/every other week.  Yahoo allows both these but I do not 
like it's interface/display.  I'm still to look at CalendarHub and AOL.
