Hi! We are finally back on track in some kind of a way at least. The bank released the first block of funds that we've been able to get in over two months. We got a backhoe rented today to dig the trenches for the septic lines. One of Steve's friends is coming out for the weekend to run it for him, and Steve can learn to run it too while we're at it.
Whew! Of course, there's a lot of work to do but at least we have SOME means to do it again. At this rate the training center may just open in the fall after all.
