Hi Ricardo!

Is not that caste system in India a part of Buddhism? Couldn't convert from a 
lower class to a higher one, now, could you?

There is no moral significance in trying to convert someone or not, unless you 
get pushy about it. There are sects, not to be confused with denominations, 
that do get pushy, I will admit, but I don't belong to any such thing myself.
