I drank the koolaid a while back - and set up a machine SPECIFICALLY for
the downloads.
it's a W2K machine and runs IE6
that's all it does.
If you use some other browser (like firefox) or mess around with security
settings ( the download sw piece is an active-x control, btw)
then you might have sporadic results from time to time (IMO).
