It's wartime? I don't know what in the world you're talking about. As a Christian and follower of Jesus, you should be praying for peace. Jesus Christ was the Price of Peace, not the Prince of Preemptive warfare.
Getting back on topic, I really think Attorney General Gonzales needs to go. President Bush's appointment of him seems to have turned the Department of Justice into a an arm of the executive branch, especially it seems to have made the Justice Department a servant of President Bush, rather than an independent governmental department that servers the American people by administering blind justice.
