Matthew, I don't understand why you won't let office into the company, as it is great software. Microsoft finally got something right in this version. Outlook is the best program for the calendar and its other features it offers. If you are concerned about price to spend a couple hundred of dollars just to get outlook, take a look at the site below, where they offer cheap legit software for a lot cheaper than it is recommended to be sold at. Another benefit from www.buycheapsoftware.com is that shipping is only $5 period. Here is outlook only being sold for $95 pre shipping.

Outlook is excellent for sharing calendars, tasks, etc.. Nothing better on the market if you're in the corporate world. I've got my sales manager harping on me to install Outlook just so he can use the calendar thingy - and that ain't gonna happen... I use Outlook at home and like this calendar feature quite a bit but I don't allow Outlook at our company. TIA, Matt Matthew S.
