Saw this in a weekly inspirational email and had to smile as it related 
(somewhat) to XP:

    Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their
    work: If one falls down, his friend can pick him up. But pity the
    man who falls and has no one to help him up! -Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

    Friends, co-workers, partners, spouses – all these can be
    illustrations of the above principle. Some people think they are
    better off alone, however, we were made to be in community with
    others. Do you sabotage community or develop it in your life?
