While I'd agree with this, it's bound to be bullshit at times too where 
you get an asshole client who assassinates (or attempts to assassinate) 
your development/character because of something unreasonable (but 
something he thought reasonable) and because he's connected politically, 
the review board sides with him.  All of this is a catch-22 scenario.
