I think so.  What people so often don't understand; size or quantity 
doesn't matter, its quality, sophistication, and the amount of power 
packed into the packages that counts, even in military terms.  The army 
with the most people is less of a factor in who is going to win, than is 
the planning and fighting skills, motivation, logistics sophistication, 
and power of the weapon systems that determines the outcome, not the 
sheer number of military personnel.
