No, proportionally to their income. They have to dedicate more of their
time ($) to support society than what rich people do.

Don't know your current income tax structure. I would thing in the line
of taxing income, non essential properties (more than one house, yacht,
etc), financial operations, etc.
I don't mean 'increase' taxes, just pass the weight into that kind of taxes.
Then again, it's not my country so what do I care.
