When it's not "practical" to use a device with good tactile feedback, it's 
also not accessible to a variety of users with disabilities.

There's no use case for introducing computing into situations where tactile 
and audio feedback aren't "practical" that's strong enough to justify 
excluding people with disabilities. If the world got along without those 
devices up to now, it can continue to do so.
