Well, you COULD be sincere, but on the other hand you grew up in reform school 
and have such a record that you can't get past the border to visit Canada - 
remembering that nearly anyone can enter Canada.

Therefore, not only would your idea face a lot of ad hominem criticism simply 
because it is *your* idea, there also is this pesky problem that the people 
who would have to OK the change seem to like things the way they are.

My own approach has been to work within the system, not that I am getting 
anywhere with that, let us admit . . .
