No objection here. It's just that I may be a bit spoiled by Profox's and
UT's ways. Quite a few years ago I joined a yahoo list and I vaguely
remember the mailins being a bit heavy on ads. 

If that is the only way, I'll still be happy to "join". My interest in the
possibility of having access to a group closer to Albany outweigh my
reluctance to "join" yahoo. ;)
