I have it on my laptop, and there are a few niggles it has to be said. 
Driver support is nowhere near as comprehensive as XP, but that's to be 
expected with the new architecture. Simple file copying is deathly slow, 
especially across VPN connections, as it tries to be clever and 
calculate time remaining etc. I normally just use the CMD prompt. It's a 
pain getting Remote Desktop to work when connecting to pre-Vista boxes.

All in all though it's pretty good for a version 1.0 release. It 
certainly looks fantastic. Stuff has been moved around but mostly it 
seems like nice eye-candy interfaces to the familiar old XP dialogs for 
setting up networking etc.

If I had to roll it out to users I'd definitely wait till SP1.
