Hi Steve!

The transportation vessels are good for a 30' drop onto a 6" pipe. The 
earthquake history is 5.6 max in the area. I think they allowed for 
earthquake.

There was a quake that damaged the OFFICE, but not the storage. I imagine the 
office is a portable or some little cinder block flat roof with a window or 
two.
