Wasn't it in W2K but removed from XP? Another alternative is Microsoft Document Imaging: Office 2003: Microsoft Office Document Imaging Visual Basic Reference (MODI) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=8F93E445-B1CF-4477-A373-E17417D616BC&displaylang=en I remember looking at it in the past but not using it. Sorry, I forget why! What I have used (in vb6) was this: "Accessing TWAIN compatible scanner in Visual Basic" http://www.sweb.cz/lmik/ It accesses TWAIN directly (supposibly impossible from vb...) but I don't think it's adaptable to VFP as the code has a modified event loop (which is why TWAIN is such a PITA). This was part of a document imaging/archival system. -- Paul _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
