Only if you go by the popular vote count and the ACTUAL electoral college count...since by both measures, Gore Won. And that's not even including the caging in Florida and other dirty tricks to suppress Democratic voters in many states.
But then who cares about counting the votes anymore anyway? It's not the republican way... If the election hadn't been stolen by the shrub's daddy's SCOTUS picks there would have been NO 9/11, and NO phony "war on terror". Instead, The Gore admin. would have continued Clinton/Richard Clark's effective, real plan to deal with some of the people who use terror as a tactic -- Like, oh, what's his name, the one bush 'doesn't really think about any more' and still hasn't 'hunted down', AH, THAT'S IT, Osama Bin-Laden. Oh, and there would have been NO invasion and aborted occupation of Iraq. Let's see, that's about 3500 Americans and 700,000 Iraqis who'd be alive today and about 20,000 Americans and a couple million Iraqis who would be whole...
